Deposit Policy

$100 Deposit is Non-refundable due to customer cancellation. However the deposit will be refunded if the event is cancelled due to an equipment failure. The deposit is to hold the time slot for the event and will be applied towards the party total at completion of the event.

Customer Liability

We are not liable for any injury that occurs inside our trailer caused by misuse of devices or from entering or exiting the trailer. If something is broken, damaged, or stolen, you will be liable.

Parking Policy

For Video Game Parties, prior to arrival please allocate 60 feet (approximately 7 parking spaces) for the game trailer to park that is free of hazards and foot traffic. To avoid damage to the customer and Millennium Gaming's property, we reserve the right to refuse to pull onto the customer's property, including pulling into alley ways. Delays caused by clearing space for the truck and trailer will result in delay of party beginning and will not effect the ending time. We do not enter unpaved roads all road to you property must be paved. If trailer is parked on loose dirt or caliche there will be a $50 cleaning fee applied to the event due at beginning of event.

A permit is only required if we will need to park in a "No Parking" zone. Gaming trailer is not wider than any contractor or landscaper vehicle and in most cases parking outside the home on the curb is not an issue. If a parking permit is required it will be the responsibility of the Customer to arrange for one. There is only a few approved parks for parties to be conducted at this will be listed by city below.
